At present I am offering them for up to 12 months.
They have almost everything you need, including internet. A brand new kitchen will be built on Friday at which point you could move in. the U-Bahn stop is Eberswalder Str and my apartments are a 4 minute walk from there. There is a wonderful Rewe supermarket across the street in the Kulturbrauerei which is a huge plus.
Also, the apartment is in the Hinterhof where it is quiet. As you probably already know, this location is the premier destination in Berlin where most people would like to live.
