Fantastic, very special apartment with private pool. Cozy, decorated with a lot of personality, located in the lower part of Raval, very close to Plaza del Colon and Las Ramblas. Two bedrooms with double beds. At the moment there is a room organized as an office, but you can put a double bed. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 full bathrooms with shower. The apartment has everything you need to live, for example towels, sheets, kitchen utensils. In addition, it has internet, heating and air conditioning.
The apartment has 105 m2 and then there is the garden and swimming pool of around 55 m2.
The building is completely renovated, with an elevator. The house is located in the lower part of Raval, just a 3-minute walk from Las Ramblas and Plaza del Colon. The 'Drassanes' metro station is very close and therefore there are very good communications from the apartment to reach all the attractions of the city.
Its important to say that we will not accept very young tenants for this apartment. Its totally forbidden to have parties in the apartment and the garden and swimming pool can not be used after 22.00 hours.
