Ideally situated within a short walk from Harrogate's swanky bars and restaurants as well as the Convention Centre and the infamous Betty's Tea Rooms. After parking your car in the property's allocated parking spot, you will enter via the front door whereby you will be confronted by the apartments large hallway. Turning left, you will first be met by the Sitting Room which contains two comfortable sofas and a 55\; smart TV with Netflix pre-loaded, Ideal for relaxing and catching up on your favourite boxsets after a day of sightseeing.
Next to the Living Area you will see the most unique room of the home, a small snug complete with it's own smart tv, wall mounted Connect 4 game and a sofa bed to accommodate a 6th guest.
Turning right through the front door you will be met by the Kitchen \ Dining area. Fully equipped with everything you may need for your stay including a large oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and a washing \ drying machine.
Heading down the hallway you will first come across the main bedroom with its own smart TV, en suite, walk in wardrobe and luxurious double bed.
Next to this is bedroom 2, which houses another comfortable double bed, bedside tables and a hanging rail for the convenience of our guests.
Further down the hallway you will find bedroom 3, which houses a single bed, hanging rail and its own toilet \ wash basin.
Next to bedroom 3, you will find the family bathroom which contains a bath, separate shower, toilet and basin.
The property is covered by a mesh WIFI system to allow better coverage.
Outside there is allocated parking directly outside of the property for either two smaller cars or one larger vehicle.
