The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with double bed and closet. It also has a bright work area where you will find a desk ideal for working or studying. The most special feature of the bedroom is its exit to the second balcony of the room, perfect for disconnecting and recharging energy.

The apartment is very well connected, next to the market of La Concepcion is less than 5 minutes walk from Paseo Sant Joan, known for a variety of pubs and restaurants.
