The flat is very well connected, next to the market of La Concepción and less than 5 minutes walk from Paseo Sant Joan, known for a variety of pubs and restaurants. On the other hand, less than 10 minutes walking distance you will find Paseo de Gracia, one of the most iconic streets of Barcelona with luxury shops and the traditional Casa Batló, Casa Milá - La Pedrera, among others.
For public transport there are many alternatives, the closest being the Girona metro station (L4) 3 minutes away.
