The room is situated in an apartment at the third floor with elevator, with 2 single bedrooms, one bathroom, a totally equipped kitchen, with a balcony.
The bills for water, gas, electricity, heating are included. Washing machine, oven, microwave.
Area well served by public transport, supermarket 50 meters.
Cleaning of the apartment: the tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, the staff will regularly check that this condition is respected; a cleaning lady will come to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, corridor, balcony). In case that the cleaning lady finds the apartment in a state of excessive dirt and disorder, the extra time will be charged to the tenants: the cost is €15\hour to divide between each tenant of the apartment.
At the booking: one month rent
At the arrival: the deposit. This will be given back at the departure (calculated possible damages to detract) + admin fee 350€ once for the lenght of the contract (for our services: a periodic cleaning, availability in case of emergencies, help for your first steps in Florence, consultancies in case of need, ordinary maintenance...)
Then, every month, you will have the rent pay, that include utilities, Wi-Fi, condo fees ect
