Its location makes it easy to reach Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN) (39 minutes via LS9 metro line), Barcelona-Sants Station (20 minutes walking or 10 minutes by metro on line 5), and Plaza de Cataluña (22 minutes by metro on line 1). Plus, you can walk to Camp Nou in just 10 minutes.

Stay in this eco-friendly, newly-built house that uses solar panels and aerothermal energy. Yes, here you'll be in a sustainable coliving space. You won’t need to worry about temperature control, as it has centralized air conditioning and an air renewal system.
This single room is fully furnished with everything you need to rest and work. You'll find a window, a (hidden) cm wardrobe with mirrored doors, and a dresser.
For working, we make it easy with a 100x50 cm desk and an office chair for comfortable work.
The bathroom is right next to the bedroom and is equipped with everything you need: a low-profile shower, heated towel rack, mirror, and laundry basket.
For laundry, there are two washing machines, a dryer, and an outdoor drying rack. To keep the common areas spotless, we have a cleaning service from Monday to Friday.
The heart of the house is its living\dining room, a perfect place to chat, eat, or watch a movie on the TV in good company. Connected to this space is the kitchen, which has all the utensils you need for cooking, and a lovely outdoor patio.
One of the house's highlights is the large 40 m2 terrace, designed with solar panel pergolas and a chill-out area to relax.
