In the day area you will find the kitchen with island and with all appliances and utensils for day to day, which connects harmoniously with the dining room and then the living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, giving access to the terrace and this in turn connects to a hallway to the master bedroom.
In the night area we have the master bedroom en suite with a desk area and large closets. In addition another bedroom, with 2 single beds and a third bedroom that can be used as a study. Both share a large bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment has wifi, air conditioning and heating. The building has a swimming pool, playground with games for children.
The apartment is close to the Diagonal Mar shopping center, the Museum of Natural Sciences of Barcelona and the Forum Park. It also has good connectivity both pedestrian with public transport and vehicular within walking distance of Ronda Litoral, 3 minutes walk from the Tram station La Mina and less than 10 minutes walk from the metro station Besos Mar.
