One existing big room of 32qm will be divided into 16qm, 8qm two rooms and a 8qm sitting area for all. The room is one of the new room with about 16qm, located on the 9th floor. The room will be furnished in middle January, currently there is a new built-in closet in the hallway available, One double bed and one singel bed will be set up in the room. Desk and shelf will be avaiable as well.

The building offers a convenient laundry facility in the basement, with communal washing machines available for use. You can move in easily, as the room is ready for occupancy.
The building is easily accessible via multiple elevators, and mail is delivered directly to the mailbox at the apartment door. The surrounding area is convenient, with various supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and other shops nearby.
Right outside the building is a bus stop with lines 134, 151, N41, and 63. With line 63, you can reach the U-Bahn station \;Aidenbachstraße\; in just 10 minutes, and then the Marienplatz in under 30 minutes. The night bus line N41 also ensures a safe and convenient way to get home at night. Parking spaces are usually available in the side streets.
