40 Euro \ Month fee for furniture rent and a 65 Euro fee\ Person\ Month cleaning fee and Administration (Contract plus Hours). (Big cleaning: Including maschines cleaning, liquids, deep cleaning beds desinfection in more ways and from ceilling until wood floor every 3 Months 1-2 days with tenants negotiated times.)
