A lakás szépen felújított házban helyezkedik el. Modern üveglift biztosítja a kényelmes közlekedést az emeletre. A világos, ízlésesen berendezett, teljesen felszerelt modern lakás a minoségi felújítás során igényes, modern bútorokkal, korszeru, gépesített konyhával (mosogatógép, hutoszekrény, kerámia fozolap, süto, mikrohullámú süto), design fürdoszobai szaniterekkel (mosógép a fürdoszobában van) lett ellátva.
Az újjáépítés során a csovezetékek, a villanyvezetékek, az ajtók, ablakok ki lettek cserélve (a nyílászárók eredeti, a ház építéskori stílusában, fából készültek) és új padlóburkolatok (szobák tölgyfa parkettázottak) vannak minden helységben.
