The living room has a double sofa bed of 1.50 x 1.90, which gives the apartment capacity for up to 4 people. The house has a modern integrated kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need. Next to the kitchen we find a complete bathroom. The living room receives a lot of natural light through a small balcony that faces an interior courtyard.
Crossing the living room and the kitchen we reach the bedroom with integrated TV, a double bed wich measures are 1.80 x 2.00 and a complete ensuite bathroom with shower.
The building has a communal living area shared with 4 another apartments, located downstairs on the main entrace.
General Luque street is accessible from the Plaza de España and it is located in the heart of the city. Just a step away we can find numerous luxury shops, traditional restaurants and bars, supermarkets, and of course the most important places of the city such as the Cathedral, the Roman theatre and the Central Market.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
