Plaza Mayor III is a suite with a perfect location. It is a unique house of the 17th century, which preserves all the essence of the time and integrates the set of buildings that make up the Plaza Mayor of Madrid, forming part of the buildings with monumental category.
This suite was completely refurbished and furnished, giving rise to the modern and comfortable space that it is today, however it maintains many old elements and materials that make it a unique place.
Entering the apartment we find a corridor through which we access the bathroom, followed by a modern and fully equipped kitchen. Behind it is the bedroom space, consisting of a double bed of 190 cm x 200 cm; and finally we arrive at the living room, modern, elegant and decorated to detail, which also has a sofa bed for a third person. From the large balcony of the living room you can see the Plaza Mayor, where you can observe in a privileged way the life of the city. Very few people will have the opportunity to wake up in such a special place.
The building does not have an elevator as it is part of the Artistic Heritage of the city and preserves intact the original structures of the building of the time.
The area of the apartment is unique, and certainly the best in Madrid. In the surroundings are the most authentic and traditional restaurants in the city, as well as small shops, supermarkets, etc. All tourist and monumental attractions of the city are within walking distance: Puerta del Sol, Almudena Cathedral, the Royal Palace, the Gran Via ... as well as the main museums: El Prado, the Thyssen and Reina Sofia.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
