The apartment has a living room with a sofa-bed, armchairs, Smart TV and a desk. Connected with the living room there is the kitchen, which is equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen it’s connected with the living room thanks to a counter which has stools to use it like a dining table for four people.

In recent years it has also had an important boom, which has made it one of the most exclusive and expensive areas of the city.
In the surroundings many traditional Sevillian shops, local food shops, small bars and high-class restaurants can be found. It is a perfect place to taste Andalusian cuisine in any corner.
It is also very close by walking to all the tourist attractions such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Alcázar, the Metropol Parasol, the Alameda, etc.
