Die Beherbergungssteuer ist nicht im Mietpreis enthalten und wird zusätzlich berechnet. Die Steuer wird von mir als Vermieterin an die Stadt Bonn abgeführt.
Zusätzlich erheben wir eine Kaution in Höhe von 500 €, die bei der Übergabe der Schlüssel fällig wird und nach der Rückgabe der Wohnung vollständig zurückerstattet wird. Vielen Dank für dein Verständnis.
