Our rooms in a 4-bedroom apartment measure 14.3 – 15.6 m2 and are located on floors 5 to 10 and are ideal for sharing with friends. They are designed so you have the privacy of your bedroom and ensuite bathroom while still enjoying the cosy atmosphere of a shared living room and kitchen with 3 other people.
Each room has a compact 120cm double bed, study desk & chair, wardrobe with shelving, full-length mirror, and an ensuite bathroom. The shared living space includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, sink, hob, microwave, oven and plenty of storage, a dining table and chairs, comfy sofas and a flat-screen TV. You can still use all of our common spaces & attend our events so making friends won’t be a problem – you get the best of both worlds.
Located in the famous neighbourhood of Príncipe Pío – just a short walk from the Palacio Real de Madrid and the buzz of the city centre.
With amazing public transport links across the street, you’ve got everything you need on your doorstep.
