The apartment, completely renovated in 2018 is composed of 1 bright double room (with the view of via Indipendenza), 1 single room, common area with a modern kitchen and a bathroom.
It is totally furnished and inside you will find everything needed for a comfortable stay including fiber cable internet, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishes, cookware, etc.), pillows, blankets, linens.
All the bills are included in the monthly price (common charges, electricity, gas, water, unlimited internet wifi, trash tax) with a maximum cap of 200 eur\month to avoid waste. With normal and responsible consumption you will not have extra charges.

The minimum stay is until August 31st, 2025

-copy of EU ID or passport
-Italian tax code - codice fiscale (if you don’t have it, you can provide it within 21 days of signing the contract)
-proof of exchange program\Phd program enrollment
2) sign the contract
3) pay 2 months of deposit
4) pay the administration fee
If you don't provide the required information within one week of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
