Guests can enjoy a large balcony\terrace overlooking the upper city and the condominium garden, Daikin heat pumps, ultra-fast Wi-Fi with fiber optics (10 Gb), electric shutters, washing machine, dishwasher and all the comforts necessary for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The room is of large size (16 square meters) to which are added the respective private bathrooms of about 4 square meters and the private terrace. Each room has a large double bed with storage, wardrobe, bedside table, desk, abat-jour etc. The house is furnished and equipped with everything you need (2 refrigerators, iron and ironing board, drying rack in each room, vacuum cleaner and everything you need to clean the house). The area is well connected by public transport, it is located near the station (1.4 km) from which the well-known Orio airport can be easily reached. Unico, prestigioso, luminoso e grande appartamento con 6 camere da letto . Nelle strette vicinanze di piazza Pontida (150 metri), al quarto e ultimo piano di un ampio condominio con spazio verde. Gli ospiti potranno usufruire di un ampio balcone\terrazzo con vista su citta alta e sul giardino condominiale, pompe di calore Daikin, Wi fi ultra veloce con fibra ottica (10 Gb), tapparelle elettriche, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e con tutti i confort necessari per una permanenza comoda e serena. La camera è di ampia metratura (17 mq) a cui bisogna aggiungere il rispettivo bagno privato di circa 5 mq e il terrazzo privato. Ogni camera dispone di un ampio letto matrimoniale contenitore, armadio, comodino, scrivania, abat jour ecc. La casa è arredata e corredata di tutto il necessario (ferro e asse da stiro, stenditoio in ogni camera, aspirapolvere e tutto il necessario per la pulizia della casa). La zona è ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, in prossimità della stazione e facilmente raggiungibile il ben noto aeroporto di Orio.
