Ideal for short or long stays, whether for business or pleasure.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with 2 lifts and can accommodate 9 people. Designed and equipped to make efficient use of space and offer maximum comfort, it has high-end furniture and equipment.
The living-dining room has a single sofa bed and a 160x200 folding double bed. It has two tables for 10 people and a large breakfast bar with 3 stools. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the appliances and kitchenware necessary for a comfortable and long stay.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with 4 bunk beds; 2 of them are foldable and give way to a large desk. All beds have 28cm memory foam mattresses.
The apartment has 2 modern and comfortable bathrooms (one en suite), both with a large thermostatically controlled shower, 500 litres of hot water and an electric towel rack.
The apartment has fibre optic internet and air conditioning in all rooms.
