It features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, dishes, iron & ironing board, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, cleaning utensils, bed with storage drawer for extra space, and a reversible mattress for medium-firm or firm sleeping surface. Additionally, it has a flat-screen TV and high-speed DSL 100 Wi-Fi. There is a private washing machine & dryer in (hidden)ment, as well as a private, lockable storage compartment in (hidden)ment for additional space.
For hygienic reasons, towels and bedding (duvet cover, sheets) are not provided. However, a freshly laundered mattress protector is provided.
Costs for electricity, heating, water, and internet are included in the price. There is a final cleaning fee of 100,- EUR upon move-out. A landlord confirmation will be provided upon move-in.
