This fantastic 2-bedroom apartment with a capacity of 6 people provides the perfect setting for a pleasant stay in Madrid. Renewed in January 2020, it boasts a beautiful décor in light tones.
The sleeping area comes with a double bedroom provided with a spacious wardrobe and a bedroom with double bed.
The bathroom is modern and functional and comes with a shower.
The living room with integrated kitchen is spacious and bright. It is equipped with a dining table and a sofa bed. The kitchen is provided with everything you may need during your stay in Madrid.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift.
Heating in all the house and partial air conditioning in the living room. Wifi and all kinds of facilities are provided for maximum guest comfort.

?We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
?The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. The keys to the apartment will be handed over directly to our offices at Calle Augusto Figueroa 4, between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
?If you arrive after 7:00 p.m., remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to make sure that someone is available to receive you directly at the apartment for the key delivery.
?Important: all check-ins to be carried out between 9:00 p.m. and 02:00 a.m. have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives them in the apartment.
?Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. We are not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process.
?Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called CENTRAL MADRID with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, ta(hidden) VTC. We are not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
