The apartment is located in the interior part of a noble mid-century building with a doorman. To access it, you go through an interior hallway that leads to a nice elevator.
It is located on the fourth floor of the property, has capacity for three people and has a pleasant living-dining room with a sofa bed that also integrates the kitchen, providing style and making the most of all the space in the apartment to perfection.
It has a large and comfortable room with a double bed, a custom-made wardrobe, a television, air conditioning, a ceiling fan and heating. The window of the room overlooks the building's inner courtyard, which is very quiet.
The apartment has a full bathroom with a shower, central heating, air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi connection.

Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, ta(hidden) VTC. We are not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
