Hi everyone!
We have an elegant apartment in the historic center of Florence. The apartment is quite large, with a total of five rooms, three bathrooms, and a kitchen. In September, a large room, about 30 square meters, will be available. It has a nice wardrobe and a large desk. The kitchen is shared among all the tenants.
We have a very cute German Shepherd and we are all Chinese students. Starting in September, we are looking for someone who studies in the center of Florence, is sociable, serious, and loves dogs. If you like the environment, you can contact me.
The monthly rent is 950€, including all utilities (water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, condominium fees, etc.), with a security deposit of two months’ rent, which will be returned at the end of the contract.

Abbiamo un elegante appartamento nel centro storico di Firenze. L’appartamento è abbastanza grande, con un totale di cinque camere, tre bagni e una cucina. A settembre si libera una stanza grande, circa 30 mq, dotata di un bel armadio e una grande scrivania. La cucina è a disposizione di tutti gli inquilini.
Abbiamo un pastore tedesco molto carino e siamo tutti studenti cinesi. Da settembre cerchiamo una persona che studi nel centro di Firenze, socievole, seria e amante dei cani. Se ti piace l’ambiente, puoi contattarmi.
Il prezzo dell’affitto mensile è di 950€, comprese tutte le utenze (acqua, luce, gas, Wi-Fi, riscaldamento a pavimento, condominio, ecc.), con una cauzione di due mensilità, che verrà restituita alla fine del contratto.
