Extra costs not included:
- Guarantee fees (via Garantme or HousingAnywhere): between €56 and €105\month depending on the number of tenants, paid as a one-time upfront payment
- The security deposit (to be paid upon signing the lease and before the handover of keys) is 2090 EUR plus a non-refundable transaction fee of 52.25 EUR (2.5%) charged by HousingAnywhere. In exchange for this non-refundable transaction fee, HousingAnywhere will release the deposit to the landlord only 48 hours after the tenant's actual arrival, as well as the first month's rent, within the framework of the tenant protection guarantee.
