You have your own bedroom and bathroom. You will share the other spaces with a mother of 37, a baby child of 1 and our two lovely cats Ónix and Simba.
In the neighborhood you will find many shops: bakery, supermarket, hairdressers, nailshop, physiotherapists, bars, terraces and a library. It is 10 min walking distance to the reference hospital of the Balearic Islands \;Hospital Universitario Son Espases\; and there are 3 (9, 16 and 33) different bus lines you can pick from here to the city center, which is within 10 minutes driving distance.
There is a garage where you can store your scooter or bike.
We are looking for a nice, orderly and calm person who does not smoke.
