To join our community, a minimum stay of three months is required, along with a one-month deposit and the first month’s rent upon arrival (or proportional payment). The location is ideal, offering proximity to universities and the metro, ensuring easy access to Valencia’s city center and all essential amenities. Rooms are available now for individual use only, as couples are not accepted. Students must provide their registration and proof of financial means, while workers are required to present proof of salary. If you don’t have a salary, you can pay the contract in full (minimum six months + one-month deposit).

-From 11:00 to 13:00 ? No additional cost.
-Outside these hours ? Must be previously coordinated, and has a cost of 30€.

IMPORTANT
-A person will be sent to deliver the keys.
-Once the arrival time is agreed, there will be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes.
-If you can not arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.

- Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for €90. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €50 and we will wash and disinfect them for you.
- If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself. The measurements for the bedlinen are 90x190 for a single bed and 140x190 for a double bed.
