REQUIREMENTS:
+ Security Deposit (equivalent to the amount of one month's rent and paid during the check in).
+ Admin fee (One time fee, must be paid before the check in)
FORTNIGHTLY CONTRACT: Contract starts on 1st and the 16th of every month, regardless of your move-in and move-out date. Payments are always due before every 1st of the month.
CHECK-IN TIME:
- Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm.
- If you cannot make any of these times message us and we will try to arrange something
RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s).
- For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document and fiscal number.
- During the booking process it is mandatory to be indicated who are the persons that are going to rent the accommodation and do the check-in.
- The security deposit must be paid before or during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received
- The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent.
- Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good conditions.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00.
- Smoking inside the property is not allowed.
- Pets or animals are not allowed.
MONTHLY CONTRACT: The tenant will always pay the entire month’s rent, regardless of the move-in\move-out date. For example: if the tenant moves in on the 28th of August, they will pay for the full month of August.
We carry out contracts, issue receipts within the scope of the law and assist with obtaining the Residential Visa
