This serene and sophisticated 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom duplex penthouse apartment in the famous Barrio de Las Letras neighbourhood, next to the Paseo del Prado, stands out both for its excellent location and for its meticulous decoration and architectural design.
Upon entering the flat we find the social area, divided between the living room, which has a sofa-bed; the dining room and the kitchen, fully equipped with large and small appliances, as well as a variety of kitchenware. There is also a bathroom, which provides service to possible visitors while maintaining the privacy of the bedrooms. Presiding over these rooms is the wonderful terrace, which can be accessed thanks to large windows that let in a great deal of light.
