In the historic and monumental centre of the capital and next to Madrid's world-famous Gran Vía, we find this impressive 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom flat, whose architecture and decoration reflect the emblematic and centenary character of the building in which it is located.
In front of the elegant entrance hall, we find the social area of the flat, divided into three rooms, connected by comfortable sliding doors. In the first of these is the living room, presided over by three balconies that flood the room with light. On one side of it is the second room, which is arranged as a living area and has a work or study area.
