The apartment is conveniently located near Piraeus port, just 4-5 minutes away by bus to the new metro stop Dimotiko Theatro or Piraeus. Public transportation is easily accessible with the bus stop for lines 843, 859, 040, and 049 just a 2-minute walk away. You'll also find plenty of amenities such as shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, all within a stone's throw.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with ample storage space for all your cooking needs, a bathroom with a washing \ drying machine, a storage room for cleaning equipment, a small living room.
MONTHLY RENT & BILLS:
The monthly rent is prepaid at the beginning of each month. Extra but fixed cost for Bills includes consumption of water, internet, hot water, building expenses and electricity up to 100 KWH per month (there is a meter in your room that we check)
At the end of each month, we check the meters and if you have consumed more than 100 kwh you pay extra. The amount payable is determined by the current energy price
DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
A damage deposit of 200 euros is required in cash upon check-in. The deposit is fully refundable on the day of check-out, provided there is no damage to the room or apartment.
OTHER DETAILS:
To book the apartment, you'll need to provide your passport number or Greek tax number and upload the required documents. The air conditioning in the apartment serves both cooling and heating purposes. We kindly ask that tenants adhere to the house rules, which will be provided before making a reservation.
