Your new home is a room with a single bed and internal shared bathroom ( Disability\Friendly available) It is nested within a mini apartment of approximately 36 m2 equipped with a living room and with a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and living room. The size of the room is approximately 14 m2. The room consists of a 120cm bed with a large lower drawer, a study area with a desk and seat, a day module for a microwave, a two-door wardrobe, a bookcase, a fridge, a mirror, and a notice board. The heating is centralized and the room is equipped with a practical thermostat to manage the internal temperature.
The campus consists of two buildings 200 m far from each other. The services are split but all the tenants, regardless of where their accommodation is located, will have access to both buildings and related amenities: you can enjoy the kitchen, co-working space, private event space, rooftop terrace, a green courtyard, a private event space, a gym, a terrace with basketball court, laundry with a playroom, and social area. We also have some services available upon request such as extra cleaning, a final cleaning, underground parking, and extra storage space for sports equipment and luggage.
The monthly rent includes a cleaning service one time every two weeks. We have wheelchair accessible rooms but you have to double-check their availability with us before closing the reservation. As our campus is new, the current pictures are just renderings, we will upload the real ones as soon as they are available.

- Overnight guests are not allowed.
- Check-in hours are from 3 PM till 8 PM. Check-out is by 12 PM.
- We require an ID or Passport and proof of enrollment to finalize the booking.
- A Visa is required for non-EU countries.
- Payments before the check-in: once the reservation is confirmed on HousingAnywhere, you must pay the deposit directly to our bank account before the move-in date.
