Helles, freundliches vollausgestattetes Dach-Appartment in einem Haus mit jungen Berufstätigen auf den anderen beiden Etagen im Ortsteil Nellmersbach. Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre, große gegenseitige Rücksicht, alle fühlen sich wohl.
Eine weitere Person wäre gegen Aufpreis möglich, dann bitte nach Spezialangebot fragen.
Öffentlicher Nahverkehr vorhanden: S-Bahn S3 von Backnang über Leutenbach-Nellmersbach Waiblingen, Fellbach, Cannstatt, Stuttgart, Esslingen bis Flughafen ohne Umsteigen am Ende der Straße. Ludwigsburg und Backnang ebenfalls gut ohne Auto zu erreichen.
