Very big room with a very nice very green private balcony for rent in Karl-Marx-Platz with common bathroom and kitchen.
2 flatmates, 1 is out of the home for most of the day, the other is out of Berlin for most of the month. Very strict rules about cleanliness and co-living.
The room is unfurnished, I am giving potential tenants 2 options:
1- The tenant can furnish the room by themselves, they will own the furniture when the leave.
2- The tenant can take care of the room's furnishing, on my expenses, which is done through substracting from the tenant's rent until paid back (This is to make sure that I do not pay for furniture without having an immediate ROI). In this case the furniture remains in the house after the tenant leaves.
The area is very well connected, 4 min away from the Ringbahn and the U7, with a lot of good and inexpensive grocery shops and restaurants from one side (Karl-Marx-Strasse) and a lot of very cool bars and clubs on the other (Neukoln).
