The house is distributed in a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a covered terrace. The apartment is perfectly located in Ciudad Lineal in Pueblo Nuevo. You will be able to find all the basic services around, such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops, parks, pharmacies and more. This is one of the neighborhoods close to the Center and the Barrio de Salamanca in Madrid, it will also be close to places of interest such as the Plaza de Toros de Ventas, the Retiro Park , among others. Also, you can get to know the rest of the city using public transport, the closest metro station being Quintana (L5), and several bus lines such as (38, 109, 113 and N5) among others. In the surroundings there is the El Calero Park and squares such as Camorrito, Geologists and Maliciosa.
ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable)
The administration fee depends on the duration of the contract:
- From 6 to 11 months: 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain]
- From 3 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].
- From 1 to 3 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].
LOCAL TAXES (.): 0.5% of the total reservation
(Monthly cost calculated as \;other\; in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in)
BOOKING PROCESS: After the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to pay the remaining payments before the handover of the keys.
EARLY-BOOKING POLICY (requests 2 months in advance)
If you are planning to book an occupied apartment more than 2 months in advance, we cannot confirm the availability yet (The current tenants have the right to extend their stay). Please, get in contact with us 2 months before your move-in date.
