We are on VIA SAN BARTOLOMEO DEGLI ARMENI, right in the city center, bordering the Historic Center, Brignole, and Castelletto. Historic building in excellent condition, in a beautiful, quiet residential area, even at night.
Via San Bartolomeo degli Armeni is a small side street off Via Assarotti, one of the most important streets in the city center. Well-connected to all points of interest but essentially residential and quiet.
Direct connections to both city stations and within minutes you can reach the lively Piazza De Ferrari area.
Just steps from the apartment, you'll find several supermarkets, a bakery, butcher shop, greengrocer, pharmacy, various bars, and some restaurants and pizzerias.
Public Transport:
The main line serving the street is number 36. This line runs through the entire central hilly area of the city, leading from one station (Principe) to the other (Brignole) passing through Piazza De Ferrari and skirting the historic center. At night, this line is replaced by line 606.
Also, line number 34 passes by the house, connecting the center with the districts of Staglieno and Marassi beyond the hill.
A short walk to Piazza Corvetto gives access to all other lines in the lower center.

The only additional one-time cost involves the contract initiation fees, which include:
