This 130 sqm flat is conveniently located near the Rákóczi tér. An ideal location for students- the flat is close to Semmelweis University buildings. The apartment is surrounded by public transport (Metro 4, Tram No. 4-6, buses) The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor in a non-renovated classical building but in good condition. Unfortunately, the building has no elevator. This apartment offers 4 bedrooms each with a double bed, a closet, and a desk. Each room is furnished to a high standard. There are also 2 separate toilets and a complete bathroom available. The large living room comes with a nice balcony. All bedrooms are very bright and come with plenty of natural light. A fully equipped kitchen is present with a washing machine, a dishwasher, a big fridge, an oven, and a microwave.
Our flats are rented without bed linen and duvet (except if we have agreed differently in particular conditions).
UTILITIES:
- All our apartments include a basic WIFI
- Utility costs will be based on consumption. We will provide a report on your consumption every month and based on that will depend on how much you have to pay for the utilities.
- Payment of utilities will be arranged monthly and we (the property manager) will pay the utility companies. The monthly service charge shown in the listing (33 EUR\ 13.000 HUF) is to cover the management of all utility contracts.
- Common cost: 42.000 ft\month
IMPORTANT:
- Our agency fee of 350 EUR is a one-time administration payment when you sign the contract.
