This 115 sqm apartment is ideally located as it is close to Opera and surrounded by public transport (Tram 4-6, Metro 3, Metro 1, bus No. 70,78, and only a few minutes walk from Tram No. 4-6). The apartment comes with a living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen (a dishwasher, a large fridge, an oven, a microwave, etc.). The apartment even comes with a nice balcony to relax on. You can find the apartment on the 2nd floor in a classical building, without an elevator. There is a washing machine present and air conditioning in the living room.
Our flats are rented without bed linen and duvet (except if we have agreed differently in particular conditions).
UTILITIES:
- All our apartments include a basic WIFI
- Utility costs will be based on consumption. We will provide a report on your consumption every month and based on that will depend on how much you have to pay for the utilities.
- Payment of utilities will be arranged monthly and we (the property manager) will pay the utility companies. The monthly service charge shown in the listing (33 EUR\ 12,500 HUF) is to cover the management of all utility contracts.
IMPORTANT:
- Our agency fee of 300 EUR is a one-time administration payment when you sign the contract.
- This apartment can be rented out by a group of students or working professionals. Please enquire once on behalf of the whole group and let us know how many people would like to rent it.
