Super cozy room with large and comfortable closet. The room is pretty spacious about 18 square meters. Excellent location in the heart of Chamberi, within the best area called Almagro. It is a high end residential area. Nearby the metro stop Gregorio Marañon. To be rented for one person, couples or pets are not allowed. We are looking for calm and clean people. Students and young professionals.
