Amounts excluded from the price:
- Agency fees: before check-in an additional amount equal to 10% of the total rental is required.
- Contract registration fees. During check-in a medium term tenancy agreement will be stipulated, the contract will be properly registered. To register the contract is required the payment of a stamp duty (equal to € 16) and a registration tax (equal to 1% of the rent with a minimum of € 33.5). There are exemptions in case of application of following fiscal regime: tax withholding (cedolare secca).
Security deposit
We remind you that before your arrival day will be required a security deposit, equal to one month rent; it will be returned after check out by the owner.
During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy.

Esenzioni previste in caso di applicazione del regime di cedolare secca, nei casi indicati dalla legge.
Deposito cauzionale
Ti ricordiamo che prima del check-in ti verrà richiesto un deposito cauzionale, pari a una mensilità di affitto; verrà restituito dopo il check-out dal proprietario.
Al momento del check-in è necessario esibire, oltre al documento d'identità, il codice fiscale. Se ne sei sprovvisto potrai richiederlo presso l'ufficio dell'Agenzia delle entrate o al Consolato del tuo paese più vicino.
