This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Toulouse is a mix of comfort and design. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).
The flatshare is strategically located in the \;Les Chalets\; neighborhood, in the centre of Toulouse. Plenty of public transports, restaurants, shops are accessible close at hand. The apartment is on floor #3 . It is entirely equipped and is composed of a fitted kitchen with refrigerator, kitchen ustensils, kettle, crockery, pans, toaster, microwave... The flat also has a washing machine, an ironing board, a clothes rack, an iron. Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the accommodation: mop and bucket, bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, broom... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: water, housing insurance, condominium fees, unlimited wi-fi, electricity, household waste tax. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

The Chalets neighbourhood is ideally situated close to the historical city-centre. The area is bound to the north by the Canal du Midi and to the south by the boulevards Strasbourg and Arcole. It is nowadays one of the most densely-populated neighbourhoods in Toulouse. Here, you will discover the old mediaeval town, crossed by the ancient fortress walls and small alleys, which used to be agricultural byways. Have a look at the neo-gothic architectural style disseminated in the area – the Job Family Hotels and the Maison du Verrier also known as the Castel-Gesta are great example of this style.
