My apartment has been fully renovated and newly furnished. It overlooks inner courtyard and is very quiet. Thanks to the S-E direction, it is always bright and warm. Air conditioning is a great help in the increasingly hot summers. In the winter it practically needs no heating. It is close to the Subway 4, to the Trams 4 and 6 and it's rectangular to a new walking street. It is also right next door to the district health center. It is ideally located to reach the Semmelweis University and its faculties. Restaurants, bars, cafés, stores, markets are all within 2-5 min. walking distance. It is equipped with a 5G unlimited internet access making it ideal for home office.
