The end-terrace house offers a modern shared apartment (WG), with rooms on the first floor available for rent. Each room is newly furnished, lockable, and comes with two keys. The WG places a strong emphasis on hygiene, which is reflected in the house rules to ensure everyone feels comfortable. The minimum rental period is 3 months, with a security deposit of three months' rent. This deposit serves as a safeguard against unpaid rent or damages beyond normal wear and tear. A payslip for the last three months and a valid employment contract are required as part of the rental conditions.
The rooms are available in three sizes. This one is the Large Room. Videos about the rooms are uploaded on YouTube and will be sent on demand.
Large Room (16 m2) – Rent: €895 (utilities included)
The largest room is ideal for someone who needs plenty of space for work and relaxation. It comes furnished with an ergonomic office chair, an electric height-adjustable desk (1.60 m wide), and a pull-out sofa bed. The 140x200 cm bed includes two built-in drawers for extra storage. Additional features include a mirrored wardrobe with shelving and a clothes rail, LED ceiling light, double blinds, a retractable exterior blind, a rug, coat hooks, and a decorative artificial plant.
Medium Room (13 m2) – Rent: €845 (utilities included)
The medium-sized room offers similar high-quality amenities. It also has an electric height-adjustable desk (1.60 m wide), an ergonomic office chair, and a pull-out sofa bed. The 90x200 cm bed provides additional storage with its drawers, while a mirrored wardrobe with shelving offers plenty of space. The room is also equipped with LED lighting, double blinds, a rug, a trash can, and an artificial plant.
Small Room (9 m2) – Rent: €795 (utilities included)
The smallest room, despite its size, offers all the comforts found in the other rooms. The desk is 1.10 m wide but remains electric and height-adjustable. The 90x200 cm bed with drawers, a mirrored wardrobe, LED lighting, double blinds, a retractable exterior blind, a rug, and coat hooks make this room functional and cozy.
Communal Areas
The communal areas cover approximately 70 m2, offering plenty of space for relaxation and cooking. These include a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining table, a heated conservatory, and a large garden where barbecuing is allowed. The bathroom is brand new, featuring a shower and towel heater, and there is a guest toilet on the ground floor.
The shared areas and garden span a total of about 200 m2, making the garden an ideal spot for relaxation and outdoor activities. We will furnish the conservatory with garden furniture and regularly maintain the garden to keep it in great shape.
Bedding essentials such as fitted sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, duvets, and their covers will be provided washed and ready for the move-in date. The conservatory and living room will be gradually made cozier over time.
Within a 500-meter radius, you’ll find Netto, Lidl, and Aldi for grocery shopping. The main street is just 200 meters away, with bus lines X76, X71, 179, M76, N81, 277, and M11 only a few hundred meters away. Additionally, leisure activities like “Soccerworld Berlin” are just 600 meters from the location. The M11 bus line provides direct access to the Freie Universität without requiring transfers.
