In the center of the city, next to Plaza España, in an ideal situation, next to the subway and in front of the Las Arenas shopping center. Surrounded by all kinds of shops. You can walk from the apartment to all the important places that you should not miss. A very sunny apartment with fantastic views is located on the fifth floor, with a large terrace and with the perfect furniture for dining on the terrace or having a glass of wine and rest while enjoying the city. It is a spacious apartment with a hallway and very diaphanous common areas which makes it very comfortable for a large group of people.
It has air conditioning and Wi-Fi. It is tastefully decorated, beautiful, cozy and very functional, it can accommodate up to 7 guests, in the 3 double bedrooms, it has, all with TV, large wardrobes, fantastic double beds, sun and lots of spaciousness. There is also a small single room for the seventh person to stay in the apartment. The two bathrooms it has are complete and fully equipped, they are new, design and very nice. Both bathrooms are in the common areas of the apartment so they are available to all guests because they are not inside any room that makes them closer to some guests than to others.
The kitchen is american type, fully equipped, with all appliances, and very new. It has a large american bar with beautiful white leather stools that give a very chic touch to the apartment.
The tourist tax is not included in the price.
Entry is via electronic lock.
Parties and events are totally prohibited. Not respecting our regulations, making noise at night, will imply the eviction of the apartment and the loss of the deposit.

TERMS:
- You will have to pay an estimated bills each month. If you exceed this estimate, you will have to pay the additional cost. If you spend less than estimated, we'll deduct it from next month's bills.
- The amount of the deposit and the amount of the early termination will always be the highest monthly payment included during the rented period.
-The administrative cost will be 20% of the cost of the highest monthly payment included during the rented period.
- Internet is included in the rental price
-Sheets and towels are included.
- At the beginning of your stay, before entering the accommodation, we will charge you a cleaning fee to clean the apartment on departure. If you leave the apartment in very poor condition upon departure and this cost is insufficient, the difference will be charged.
- If you cancel your contract early, you will have to pay an early departure fee equal to the deposit
- Rent must be paid between the 1st and 5th of each month
- It is an essential condition that they comply with the rules of the neighborhood community, do not make noise at night and do not disturb the neighbors. If you misbehave and we receive complaints from the police or neighbors, we will be forced to expel you from the accommodation.
