In general terms this inspiring penthouse consists of two floors, a duplex penthouse. On the first floor we find the common areas: living room, integrated kitchen, two bedrooms, one master bedroom with double bed and another with capacity for two other people and a full bathroom. Upstairs, we find a nice terrace to enjoy the sky of Madrid.
White is the main color and the gray is provided by small textile pieces. In addition in all of it we see both furniture and wooden floors in light colors which give it warmth.
The Barrio de Las Letras is located in the heart of the city, right in the middle of two other areas of high tourist interest such as Sol\Gran Vía and Paseo del Arte. It is very close to one of the most emblematic squares of the city, the Plaza de Santa Ana. Both in the square and in the surrounding area there are numerous restaurants, terraces, cafes and tapas bars, as well as exclusive stores. It is an excellent location for exploring the center of Madrid.
