The living room has a very cozy area with a sofa and television and another with a dining table with capacity for 5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and renovated. In order to guarantee the safety of our guests and respect for the rules of the neighborhood community, the home has a noise control device. This home is not a home for tourist use, so it is not rented for stays for tourist reasons. The minimum stay is 28 nights and it is rented only for work, study, health reasons, etc. The tenant must sign a temporary stay contract, which will be provided before accessing the home.
