The apartment consists of an entrance that opens onto the living area, the with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and a kitchen. The double bedroom is equipped with a large wardrobe, while the bathroom is complete with shower. The apartment also has an outdoor area with a corner dedicated to laundry.

Fiera (Rho Fiera) can be reached in 6 minutes by car and 25 minutes by public transport.
Monthly rates:

•\t100,00€ for building fees;
•\t150,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas);
Total of monthly cost: 1.250,00€.
You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts:
• 1.000€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK);
•\t200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning;
• 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence.
Linen is not included.
IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send directly to the property the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs directly to the property (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
