One bright and spacious bathroom, with a bathtub and washbasin with storage.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, portable induction hob, electric kettle, table blender, sandwich maker and coffee machine. Full equipped with all necessary cooking utensils and pans, equipped with crockery and cutlery. There are storage cupboards and everything you need to prepare wonderful meals. Dishes drainer and mini refrigerator with freezer.
Additional information:
Bed and bath line is provided and should be kept in optimum conditions throughout use. Water, electricity, internet, parking are included in the rent up to a maximum of €100 in total. Gas heater is also available without gas canister. Need to purchase yourself.

Rental conditions:
There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s). For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID document and tax number. During the booking process it is mandatory to be indicated who are the persons that are going to rent the apartment and the check-in. The security deposit must be paid during the check-in and will be returned if the apartment is left unattended in the same condition as received. The deposit money will be returned within 48hours after checkout.
The rent must be paid until 2nd day of every month in case of stay for more than 1 month. Every tenant is responsible for keeping the apartment clean and in good conditions.

Parties are not allowed. Loud noise are not allowed after 22:00. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. Pets are not allowed. We carry out contract issues receipts.
