Beautiful studio temporary rental located in \;Gracia”A very good option for students or workers who need to live temporarily in the city of Barcelona. This residential area has a very quiet environment, most of the residents are families and it is away from the area most visited by tourists. In addition, around the building there are all kinds of essential services such as supermarkets, small shops, bars and restaurants. The location of this apartment is very convenient, since it is very well connected: the closest metro stop is Lesseps (L3) and it also has the Pàdua stop (FCG). - There is a one-month deposit that is paid in cash on the day of check-in and is returned once the studio is vacated.
