I offer a two-room section of the house in a recently painted apartment with brand new kitchen and shower. The apartment is shared only with me. There is lots of shelf space and sun and a double bed- and the other space is used as a wardrobe and\or study. Two little happy cats also live in the apartment. We have a private 30m2 all to ourselves! It's really beautiful, and extremely relaxing to come home.
It is in a typical Eixample apartment, with beautiful patterned floors. The neighborhood is quiet, very easily accessed between Poble Nou and Glorias and the center is just down the road. We have access to the red line, magenta line and also bikes, buses and trams.
I am looking for someone who does not work from home and has a life outside of the apartment in Barcelona. I am currently working two jobs at the moment- in a production company and at a school teaching, so I prioritize people who are active as well. I am independent and use home as a space to rest. The house is in a building full of families so we try to respect the peace and quiet in the space.
