Offresi una stanza con letto in un ampio e luminoso appartamento, situato al terzo piano nel quartiere Monteverde. La stanza è dotata di ampia finestra, un letto matrimoniale, una scrivania, una libreria e un armadio a quattro ante. Il bagno e la cucina sono in condivisione e l'appartamento è dotato di connessione wifi gratuita. Nel prezzo è inclusa la pulizia settimanale della stanza, del bagno e della cucina, così come il cambio settimanale della biancheria da letto e da bagno (asciugamani viso e da doccia). Nelle vicinanze dell'appartamento si trovano numerose lavanderie a gettoni, ma è possibile utilizzare la lavatrice personale una volta alla settimana. L'uso della lavastoviglie è condiviso. Nei dintorni sono presenti numerosi negozi, supermercati e un mercato di frutta e verdura quotidiano, oltre a centri sportivi e piscine. A breve distanza dall'appartamento (a 10 minuti a piedi) si trova il più grande parco della città, Villa Pamphili, ideale per fare jogging e passeggiate nella natura. È facilmente raggiungibile il centro storico della città, distante solo 20 minuti con il tram 8. Inoltre, è a 10 minuti dalla stazione Trastevere, da dove partono collegamenti per l'aeroporto di Fiumicino e per la costa romana (Ostia, Ladispoli, Anzio...). È anche facile raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria Centrale (Stazione Termini).
Ho 3 regole per vivere felicemente insieme:
* non è ammesso ubriarcarsi e fumare
* non è consentito ave(hidden)piti. Solo OCCASIONALMENTE e con un pagamento di 25 euro a notte
* bisogna essere amante dei gatti (perche' ne ho ben due)

The bathroom and kitchen are shared, and the apartment offers free wifi. The price includes weekly cleaning of the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, as well as weekly change of bed linen and towels (face and shower towels). Near the apartment, there are many coin-operated laundromats, but personal laundry can be done once a week. The use of the dishwasher is shared. Nearby, there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, and a daily fruit and vegetable market, as well as sports centers and swimming pools. Within a short distance from the apartment (a 10-minute walk) lies the largest park in the city, Villa Pamphili, ideal for jogging and nature walks. The historic city center is easily reachable, just 20 minutes away by tram 8. Also, it's 10 minutes from Trastevere station, which offers connections to Fiumicino airport and the Roman coast (Ostia, Ladispoli, Anzio...). It's also easy to reach the Central railway station (Termini Station).
I have 3 rules to live happily together:
* it is not allowed to get drunk and smoke (in the whole house)
*It is not allowed to have guests. It is only possible OCCASIONALLY and with a payment of 25 euros per night.
*you should like cats (because I have two of them)
